This polystyrene, non-sterile, 96-well lipoGrade BRANDplates microplate is white and has C-bottom wells. Each well has a volume of 350µl. It also features specially treated surfaces for use in a variety of immunological assays, such as ELISA, RIA, FIA and more. This plate features a strongly hydrophilic surface, with a strong affinity to hydrophilic molecules, such as glycoproteins and peptides, antibodies with predominantly hydrophilic regions, and nucleic acids. It is an alternative to the immunoGrade plates for homogeneous assays with hydrophobic molecules that remain in solution.
